We strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order and we accept your order without any single question.

Return/Refund Policy:

We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.

Kindly request a return via mail at within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.

 As per our return policy courier boy will get back to you with the return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24-48 hours. (if the pickup is not available at your pin code then please send the package back to us in a sealable condition and we will reimburse up to INR 100/- as the courier charges). Also request you to send the courier name, your name, order number, and the product SKU to for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, and invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Return of products we are accepting within 7 days, customers have to replace/exchange the products.

Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases. The reward points will have a validity of 1 year from the date of credit.

Reward points will be issued for the product price paid by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse for processing of reward points.

Cancellation Policy:

Sykefit allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly check the terms of the cancellation.

If you wish to cancel the order, kindly ensure that you cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy:

Loved the product but want a different colour, pattern, and size. We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.

Sykefit gives no question asked 7 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount.

In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD is not available for the exchange request.

Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer's Sykefit account as a reward point.

For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery at Sykefit will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
